Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dollup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use of Platform

Dollup provides a marketplace connecting clients with beauty salons and stylists. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a service through Dollup:

• You enter into a direct contract with the salon or stylist
• Cancellation policies are set by individual salons
• You agree to arrive on time for your appointment
• You are responsible for payment as agreed with the service provider
• Dollup acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for service quality

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform (reviews, photos, etc.), but you grant Dollup a license to use, display, and distribute this content. You agree that:

• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your reviews are honest and based on your actual experience
• You will not post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Dollup may remove content that violates these terms

Salon and Stylist Obligations

If you operate a salon or work as a stylist on Dollup, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your services and pricing
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications
• Honor confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Provide services in a professional manner
• Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations
• Pay applicable commission fees to Dollup as agreed

Payment Terms

Payments for services are made directly to salons and stylists. Dollup may charge service fees or commissions as communicated to service providers. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

The Dollup platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Dollup and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Dollup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons and stylists, or for any disputes between users and service providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dollup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Dollup shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with South African law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Dollup after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
